Refund Policy — Koderra

Summary

Pro is a one-time digital purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are considered only when Koderra fails to deliver the paid feature due to a technical error caused by Koderra.

When you can request a refund

  • Deployment to GitHub Pages fails due to a Koderra bug that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
  • The code we export/push is demonstrably broken or corrupt due to our service and cannot be corrected.

When refunds are not available

  • Change of mind, user error, GitHub account issues beyond Koderra's control, or third-party outages (e.g., GitHub or Stripe downtime).
  • Partial feature dissatisfaction where the feature works as described.

How to request a refund

Email support@koderra.io with your order receipt and a description of the issue within 14 days of purchase.

We will investigate and either fix the issue or offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, are processed via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
