Refund Policy — Koderra

Effective: 26 September 2025

Summary

Pro is a $19 one-time digital purchase with no recurring subscription. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are considered only when Koderra fails to deliver the paid features due to a technical error caused by Koderra.

When you can request a refund

Refunds may be considered if Pro features fail to work as advertised due to technical issues on our end:

  • Custom URL slug: The custom URL feature fails to work or cannot be set up due to a Koderra bug that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
  • Source code export: The exported source code is demonstrably broken or corrupt due to our service and cannot be corrected.
  • Watermark removal: The watermark is not removed from your portfolio despite having Pro status.
  • Unlimited redeployments: The redeployment feature consistently fails due to a Koderra bug that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

When refunds are not available

  • Change of mind, user error, or third-party outages (e.g., Stripe downtime, hosting provider issues).
  • Partial feature dissatisfaction where the feature works as described (e.g., you don't like the custom URL you chose).
  • Issues with self-hosting the exported code on external platforms (we only guarantee the export file is valid and complete).
  • Dissatisfaction with the portfolio design or editor functionality (these are available to test in the Free tier before purchasing Pro).

How to request a refund

Email support@koderra.io with your order receipt and a description of the issue within 14 days of purchase.

We will investigate and either fix the issue or offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, are processed via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
