Terms of Service — Koderra

1. Acceptance

By using koderra.io you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Koderra.

2. The service

Koderra lets you create, edit, and deploy developer portfolios. We provide a Free tier and a Pro tier ($19 one-time payment). Features and availability may change.

Free Tier includes:

• Instant deployment to koderra.io with auto-generated URL
• Full portfolio editor access
• Koderra.io watermark on live portfolio

Pro Tier ($19 one-time) includes:

• Custom URL slug (e.g., koderra.io/portfolio/yourname)
• Instant deployment to koderra.io with unlimited redeployments
• Full source code export & download as zip file
• No watermark
• Priority support

3. Accounts & authentication

You can use Koderra anonymously or sign up with GitHub OAuth. If you use GitHub OAuth, you authorize Koderra to access the scopes you approve (user:email and public_repo) so we can import your repositories for project display.

4. User content & ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the content you upload or create (resumes, text, images, code). Koderra does not claim ownership of your portfolio content.

By publishing or deploying a portfolio you grant Koderra a license to store and display that content as needed to provide the hosting service on koderra.io.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Pro is a $19 one-time payment with no recurring subscription. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. See our Refund Policy for refund rules. Receipts come from Stripe; make sure your email is correct.

6. Hosting & code export

Both Free and Pro users get instant deployment to koderra.io with managed hosting. Free tier users receive an auto-generated URL, while Pro users can choose their own custom URL slug. Koderra is responsible for availability and uptime of portfolios hosted on our platform.

Pro users can download the complete source code of their portfolio as a zip file and host it anywhere they choose. The exported code is fully self-contained and portable.

7. Prohibited uses

Don't use Koderra to break the law, publish infringing or harmful content, or attempt to breach security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for abuse. You can delete your account any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers & no guarantees

Koderra is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, or error-free operation.

10. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Koderra's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Payment disputes (chargebacks) are handled through Stripe's processes; for other disputes contact support@koderra.io first and we'll try to resolve it.
